🔧 Equinox - Rear Turn Signal Bulb Replacement
Your rear turn signal bulb is accessed from inside the cargo area by removing the tail lamp assembly. On some versions, the rear lamp is LED and sealed; if that’s the case, the whole lamp assembly must be replaced instead of a bulb.
Difficulty Level: Beginner | Estimated Time: 0.5-1 hour
⚠️ Safety & Precautions
- Turn the lights off and remove the key/fob from the vehicle.
- Let the rear lamp cool down if it has been on recently.
- Use care around painted surfaces so you do not scratch the bumper or lamp lens.
- If your rear lamp is LED/sealed, do not try to pry the bulb socket out; replace the lamp assembly instead.
