🔨 Step-by-Step Instructions

Follow these steps in order:

Step 1: Raise the Driver Wiper Arm

• Use your hands to gently lift the driver-side wiper arm away from the windshield until it stays raised.
• Place a clean towel on the windshield under the arm for protection.
• Hold the arm securely.

Step 2: Rotate the Old Blade

• Use your hands to rotate the wiper blade so it is nearly perpendicular to the wiper arm.
• Look for the small locking tab on the blade adapter. The locking tab is the little plastic release that keeps the blade attached.

Step 3: Release the Old Blade

• Use your thumb to press the locking tab on the underside of the blade adapter.

Step 6: Replace the Passenger Blade

• Use your hands to lift the passenger-side wiper arm away from the windshield.
• Place the clean towel under the arm to protect the windshield.
• Rotate the old blade, press the locking tab, and slide the blade down and off the hook.
• Install the new 22" passenger wiper blade by sliding it into the hook until it clicks.
• Gently tug the blade by hand to confirm it is locked.
• Carefully lower the wiper arm back onto the windshield.

Step 7: Test the Wipers

• Use the washer function from the wiper stalk to wet the windshield before testing. The wiper stalk is the control lever near the steering wheel.
• Run the wipers on low speed and watch both blades sweep smoothly.
• If a blade skips, chatters, or lifts, turn the wipers off and make sure the blade is fully clicked into the arm.
