š Before You Begin
- Park on level ground and turn the ignition OFF.

- Put painterās tape on the windshield where each blade rests as a reference point.
šØ Step-by-Step Instructions
Follow these steps in order:
Step 1: Lift the driver-side wiper arm
- Use a clean shop towel to protect the glass where the arm could touch.
- Lift the wiper arm away from the windshield until it stays up.
- Hold the arm firmly at all times.
Step 2: Remove the old blade from the J-hook
- Your Accord uses a J-hook connector (a hook-shaped end of the metal arm that āhangsā the blade).
- Rotate the blade so it sits roughly perpendicular to the arm.
- Press the small release tab on the blade (use your fingers while wearing nitrile gloves), then slide the blade down and off the hook.
- Set the old blade aside.
Step 3: Install the new driver-side blade (26")
- Confirm you have the 26" blade for the driver side.
- Slide the new bladeās connector onto the J-hook until it clicks/locks.
- Gently tug the blade to confirm itās fully latched.
Step 4: Lower the driver-side arm carefully
- Guide the arm down slowly until the blade rests on the windshield.
- Keep the clean shop towel between the arm and glass until itās fully down.
Step 5: Repeat on the passenger side (19")
- Lift the passenger arm and protect the glass with the clean shop towel.
- Remove the old blade by pressing the release tab and sliding it off.
- Install the new 19" blade until it clicks, then gently tug to verify itās locked.
- Lower the arm slowly onto the glass.
Step 6: Clean the glass and do a quick function check
- Remove the painterās tape.
- Use the clean shop towel to wipe any fingerprints off the blades and windshield.
- Turn the ignition ON and briefly run the wipers with washer fluid.

- Verify both blades wipe smoothly without streaking or skipping.
- If you see streaks, clean the windshield again; oily film can make brand-new blades streak.
- If one blade āflipsā or chatters, recheck that the connector fully clicked onto the J-hook.
