🔨 Step-by-Step Instructions
Follow these steps in order:
Step 1: Loosen the front wheels
- Use a 21mm socket and breaker bar to loosen the front lug nuts about one turn each.
- Do not remove them yet.
Step 2: Raise and support the truck
- Use a floor jack (rated 3-ton minimum) to lift the front of the truck.
- Place jack stands under the frame and lower the truck onto them.
- Shake the truck lightly to confirm it is stable.
Step 3: Remove the wheel
- Use the 21mm socket to remove the lug nuts.
- Remove the wheel and set it aside.
