Follow these steps in order:

Step 1: Secure and raise the vehicle

• Use the wheel chocks to block both sides of at least one rear tire.
• Use the floor jack rated 2-ton minimum at the designated front-center lifting point.
• Place the jack stands rated 2-ton minimum beneath the designated front support points.
• Lower the vehicle gently onto the stands, then give it a careful stability check before going underneath.

• Use the 15mm six-point socket and 3/8-inch-drive ratchet to loosen the drain plug counterclockwise.

Step 8: Add fresh engine oil

Step 11: Reset the oil-life monitor

• Switch the ignition on without starting the engine. On a keyed ignition, turn the key to ON. On push-button versions, press the start button without pressing the brake pedal.
• Press the accelerator and brake pedals fully at the same time.
• Keep both pedals pressed for about 25 seconds while watching the instrument display.
• Release the pedals when the display confirms the oil reset is complete.
• Switch the ignition off, wait briefly, then start the engine normally.
