Step 1: Access the air intake tube
- Open the hood and locate the air filter box and intake tube.

- Move the intake tube enough to reach the MAF sensor connector and mounting screws.
Step 2: Unplug the MAF sensor
- Press the locking tab on the electrical connector.
- Pull the connector straight off the sensor by hand.
- Do not pry on the wires.
Step 3: Remove the old sensor
- Use an 8mm socket with a ratchet or extension to remove the sensor screws.
- Lift the MAF sensor straight out of the housing.
