🔨 Step-by-Step Instructions

Follow these steps in order:

Step 1: Relieve fuel pressure

• Use the proper fuel system pressure relief method before disconnecting any lines.
• If equipped with a fuel pump relay/fuse service method, remove the fuel pump relay or fuse, start the engine, and let it stall.
• Crank the engine for a few seconds more to reduce remaining pressure.
