🔨 Step-by-Step Instructions

Follow these steps in order:

Step 1: Open access to the headlamp area

• Open the hood and locate the back side of the front headlamp assembly.
• If access is tight, use a 7mm socket and 1/4-inch ratchet with an extension bar to remove any fasteners holding the upper air deflector or nearby trim, if equipped.

Step 2: Remove the turn signal bulb socket

• Reach behind the headlamp and find the turn signal bulb socket.
• Rotate the socket counterclockwise by hand and pull it out of the lamp housing.
• Twist gently, then pull straight out.

Step 3: Replace the bulb

• Remove the old bulb from the socket.
• Install the new amber front turn signal bulb into the socket.
• Make sure it sits fully in place before reinstalling.

Step 4: Reinstall the socket

• Insert the socket back into the headlamp housing.
• Rotate it clockwise until it locks.
• If you removed any trim, reinstall it with the 7mm socket and 1/4-inch ratchet.

Step 5: Test the new bulb

• Turn the ignition on.
• Activate the left and right turn signals one at a time.
• Check that both the front signal and hazard function work correctly.
