Follow these steps in order:
Step 1: Open the air filter housing
- Use a Phillips screwdriver to loosen any housing screws if equipped.

- Lift the air filter cover carefully.
Step 2: Remove the old filter
- Pull the old filter straight out of the air box.
- Check for leaves, dirt, or loose debris inside the housing.

Step 3: Clean the air box
- Wipe out the inside of the air box with a clean rag or your gloved hand.
