Follow these steps in order:
Step 1: Open the glove box
- Use your hands to open the glove box fully.
- Empty the glove box if it is heavy.

- Use your hands to gently squeeze both sides of the glove box inward.
- This clears the glove box stops so the box can hang down farther.
