🔧 Rear Turn Signal Bulb Replacement
Replacing the rear turn signal bulbs on your Tacoma means removing the tail lamp housing, swapping the burnt-out bulbs, and reinstalling everything securely. This is a simple job that usually takes less than an hour per side and does not require battery disconnect.
Difficulty Level: Beginner | Estimated Time: 0.5-1 hour
⚠️ Safety & Precautions
- The bulbs and tail lamp housing may be hot if the lights were recently on.
- Use care when pulling the lamp housing so you do not crack the plastic clips.
- Do not touch the glass of a halogen bulb with bare fingers. Oil can shorten bulb life.
- Battery disconnect is not required for this repair.
- Work on one side at a time so you can compare bulb orientation if needed.
