🔧 Rear Turn Signal Bulbs - Bulb Replacement
Replacing the rear turn signal bulbs on your Corolla is a simple trunk-access job. You remove the rear lamp access cover, twist out the bulb socket, and swap the bulb for a matching replacement. If your car has an LED rear lamp assembly instead of a replaceable bulb, the whole lamp housing must be serviced instead.
Difficulty Level: Beginner | Estimated Time: 0.5-1 hour
⚠️ Safety & Precautions
- Turn the ignition off and remove the key before starting.
- Let the rear lamp cool down if the lights were recently on.
- Do not touch the glass part of a halogen bulb with bare fingers.
- If a bulb is hard to remove, do not force the socket; the plastic tabs can break.
- If your Corolla has an LED rear lamp assembly, the bulb may not be serviceable separately.
