🔧 Rear Turn Signal Bulb Replacement - Replacement
The rear turn signal bulb on your Beetle is accessed from inside the hatch area behind the tail lamp assembly. You’ll remove the inner trim access panel, release the tail lamp, then swap the bulb and reinstall everything carefully.

⚠️ Safety & Precautions
- Turn the lights off and let the bulbs cool before touching them.
- Use a clean glove or tissue when handling the new bulb. Oils from your skin can shorten bulb life.
- Support the tail lamp while it is loose so it does not scratch the paint.
- If the bulb is stuck, do not force the socket. Twist gently and pull straight out.
