š Before You Begin
- Park on level ground and turn the ignition OFF.
- Lift the wiper arms only when youāre ready to swap the blades.
- Place a microfiber towel on the lower windshield area as a safety cushion.
šØ Step-by-Step Instructions
Follow these steps in order:
Step 1: Lift the wiper arm safely
- Put on nitrile gloves and safety glasses.
- Lay a microfiber towel on the windshield where the wiper might contact.
- Lift the driver-side wiper arm away from the glass until it stays up.
- Hold the arm; donāt let it drop.
Step 2: Remove the old blade from the arm
- Find the connector where the blade meets the wiper arm (this is the āadapterā that locks the blade in place).
- Press the small release tab on the connector with your thumb.
- If the tab is stubborn, gently help it with a plastic trim tool (a non-metal pry tool that wonāt scratch).
- Slide the blade downward (toward the bottom of the arm) to unhook it, then remove it completely.
Step 3: Install the new blade
- Compare the new blade to the old one to confirm length: 26" driver, 16" passenger.
- Align the new bladeās connector with the wiper arm hook.
- Slide it into place until you hear/feel a solid click.
- Gently tug the blade to confirm itās locked on.
Step 4: Lower the arm and repeat on the other side
- Carefully lower the wiper arm back onto the windshield.
- Repeat Steps 1ā3 for the passenger-side blade.
- Remove the microfiber towel when finished.

- Turn the ignition ON and briefly run the wipers on low speed.
- Spray washer fluid and confirm both blades wipe cleanly with no skipping.
- If you see streaks, wipe the windshield edge where the blades park using a clean microfiber towel.
