đź“‹ Before You Begin

🔨 Step-by-Step Instructions
Follow these steps in order:
Step 1: Locate the front turn signal bulb socket
- Use a flashlight and look behind the headlight assembly (from the engine bay).
- Find the socket that goes into the headlight housing for the turn signal (it will have a wire connector going to it).
Step 2: Create working room (only if your hand won’t fit)
- If space is tight, remove the intake snorkel/upper duct clips using a trim clip removal tool.
- If there are any 10mm bolts holding the duct, remove them using a 10mm socket, 3/8" ratchet, and 6" socket extension.
- Tip: Set clips/bolts in a cup.
Step 3: Remove the bulb socket
- Put on nitrile gloves and safety glasses.
- Grip the turn signal bulb socket and rotate it about a quarter-turn counterclockwise by hand.
- Pull the socket straight back to remove it from the headlight housing.
Step 4: Replace the bulb
- Pull the old bulb straight out of the socket (it’s a push-in style).
- Push the new front turn signal bulb (amber, 1157A) straight into the socket until fully seated.
- Tip: Don’t touch the glass.
Step 5: Reinstall the socket
- Insert the socket back into the headlight housing.
- Twist clockwise by hand until it locks in place (snug—do not force it).
Step 6: Repeat on the other side
- Repeat Steps 1–5 for the other front turn signal bulb.
- Reinstall any ducting/clips you removed using the trim clip removal tool and 10mm socket with 3/8" ratchet.
âś… After Repair
- Turn the ignition to ON and test left and right turn signals.
- Turn on the hazard lights and confirm both front signals flash evenly.
- If a bulb doesn’t work, remove the socket and re-seat the bulb fully, then re-test.
