🔧 Taillight Bulbs - Replacement
Replacing both rear taillight bulbs means removing each rear lamp assembly, swapping the bulbs, and reinstalling the lamps. This is a straightforward job on your Sentra and usually takes less than an hour if the fasteners come out cleanly.
Difficulty Level: Beginner | Estimated Time: 0.5-1 hour
⚠️ Safety & Precautions
- Turn the lights off and remove the key/fob before starting.
- Let the bulbs cool if the car was recently driven; bulbs can get very hot.
- Do not touch the glass on new bulbs with bare fingers; oils shorten bulb life.
- If a lamp is stuck, do not pry hard on the painted quarter panel.
- No battery disconnect is required for this repair.
