🔧 Taillight Bulbs - Bulb Replacement
Replacing both rear taillight bulbs restores tail, stop, and running light visibility if the bulbs are burned out. On your Sequoia, each bulb is accessed from inside the rear cargo area, so you do not need to remove the whole lamp housing.
Difficulty Level: Beginner | Estimated Time: 0.5-1 hour
⚠️ Safety & Precautions
- Let the lights cool down before touching them.
- Turn the ignition off and set the parking brake.
- Open the rear hatch carefully so you do not damage the trim panels.
- Use gloves when handling new bulbs. Skin oils can shorten bulb life.
- If a bulb is stuck, do not force it. Twist gently and pull straight out.
