- Park on level ground and set the parking brake.

- Open the hood and secure it fully.

🔨 Step-by-Step Instructions
Follow these steps in order:
Step 1: Access the headlamp area
- Open the hood and locate the rear of the headlamp housing.
- If the air duct or washer bottle neck blocks access, use a 10mm socket or flat-blade screwdriver to loosen the nearby fasteners or clips as needed.
- Move the part aside gently for working room.
Step 2: Remove the bulb socket
- Reach behind the headlamp housing and find the bulb socket.
- Twist the bulb socket counterclockwise by hand to unlock it.
- Pull the socket straight out of the housing.
Step 3: Remove the old bulb
- Press the bulb release tab, if equipped, and remove the bulb from the socket.
- If the bulb is tight, use a flat-blade screwdriver carefully to help release the retaining tabs.
- Compare the old bulb to the new one to confirm the same fit.
Step 4: Install the new bulb
- Put on gloves and install the new bulb into the socket.
- Make sure it seats fully and locks in place.
- Do not touch the glass part of the bulb.
Step 5: Reinstall the socket
- Insert the bulb and socket back into the headlamp housing.
- Twist clockwise by hand until it locks.
- Repeat the same steps on the other side.
Step 6: Test the lights
- Turn the headlights on and confirm both bulbs work.
- Check low beam and high beam operation if you replaced both front bulbs.
- Make sure the beam pattern looks even from side to side.

- Verify both headlights work on low beam and high beam.
- If one side does not light, recheck the bulb seating and socket connection.
