CORE RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
If your purchase included a core deposit, please follow these steps to ensure you receive your refund:
1. Open and Inspect Your New Product
- Carefully open the box your product arrived in.
- You'll need this same box to ship your old core back.
- Check your new product to make sure it meets your expectations.
2. Prepare Your Core for Return
- Remove all packaging materials from the box.
- Place the complete core unit (the part you removed from your vehicle) into the box.
- The core must be fully assembled and the same type of unit you replaced — incomplete or incorrect cores will not qualify for a deposit refund.
3. Pack and Seal the Box
- Use packing material as needed to prevent damage during shipping.
- Seal the box securely with packing tape.
4. Ship the Core Back to Us
- You are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping — a shipping label is not included.
- We recommend using a trackable service such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS to ensure safe delivery.
- Ship the core to the return address provided on your invoice or order confirmation.
5. Core Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect your returned core, your deposit will be refunded to your original payment method.
- Please allow 3–5 business days after inspection for the refund to appear.
